LOST PARROT HOSTS PREMIER HALLOWEEN BASH

by TALON Staff

On Saturday, October 27th, The Lost Parrot hosted its first event featuring live music and costume contest celebrating the Halloween season. Attendees enjoyed Durango's 4D3 band. Formerly Crash Music, and operating in the old Aztec Theater, new proprietors Tammy Kauvaka and James (Jim) and son Jesse Kuzma offered snacks and future menu samples all for a $2 cover charge. The Lost Parrot offers a full-service bar and drink specials were available. Future plans for the location include a Caribbean restaurant which will be overseen by Jim's wife, Marcia Kuzma. The location also houses The Tiki Hut that caters to high school students, open during Aztec High School (AHS) lunch and after school with inexpensive and trending foods and drinks. The Tiki Hut operates separately from The Lost Parrot, in what was formerly the Aztec Theater ticket office.
