The front of the restaurant will feature an authentic Portuguese brick oven, and seating for up to 24 patrons. The rear will house the brewing equipment used to create the craft beers offered at the Taproom, and soon at the pizzeria. The brewery will be visible to the public. Kara is directing the restaurant atmosphere which will have an eclectic vibe, with pieces from the Taproom to tie the two businesses together. There is potential for outdoor space at the pizzeria in the future. Meanwhile, the Paschalls hope that customers will enjoy a meal at the pizzeria, then make their way to the Taproom venue at 119 E. Chuska to enjoy the outdoor space, and the music and events featured there.

The Chuska Taproom will remain at its current location for one to two years, there is potential for the Taproom to become a permanent fixture. A recent determination, due to it's craft beer brewery status, allows the Taproom to be open and serve beer on Sundays. Its Sunday hours are 2-8 p.m. The pizzeria will also be open on Sundays, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and serve beer.

The Paschall family has a long history promoting growth in, and serving, Aztec. Their family operates Main Street Music, Main Street Spirit, Beer Belly Restaurant, 550 Brewing and Tap Room, and now 550 Brewing & Pizza Parlor.
