I have been fighting pneumonia (I’m all better now!) so had not been going to exercise class. When I got sick, our exercise class had been working out at the Aztec Senior Center, M/W/F, 10-11 AM. For me and many of the class who are Aztec residents this was VERY convenient and many of us stayed for lunch at Aztec Senior Center. During my illness, I was informed that we now would have to meet in Bloomfield! While this is kind of Bloomfield to allow, this knocks many of us locals out of attending the exercise class, which we ALL need! The extra 30 minute drive time is very inconvenient for the 20 to 25 exercisers!

Apparently the overhead fans we use to cool us while exercising are uncomfortable to some of the other Aztec attendees who are not exercising but gather for lunch and fellowship. These non-exercisers arrive around 10 AM for lunch and they would be welcome to wait until 11 AM on M/W/F in the lovely library where they would not be affected by the fans” and the necessary “cool” air we who are exercising need. I think it is wonderful they gather for lunch and more importantly, for the fellowship. It is also wonderful we are offered exercise classes in Aztec! Can’t we work together ?
