Wolfwood’s 6th Annual Art Auction is Saturday Sept. 23rd from 5-9pm. This year it will be held at the Grange, the Durango Train Station’s event building, located behind the train museum. Trinity, Wolfwood’s ambassador wolf, has taken ill and to support the refuge both local and international artists have donated to the event.

You will have the opportunity to bid on the works of: Edward Aldrich, Rhonda Polsfut, Mimi Bonkowske, Claude Steelmen, Rebecca Koeppen, Kelly Black, Juanita Melendez, Dinah Swan, Howard Stearle as well as the collectible works of Charles Bragg, Dan Howell, Bill Schenck, Paul Forster, Hannah Shook, Tomaso Ditomaso, and many more.

In addition, the silent auction will feature many original art works as well as donations of hundreds of items, including pet baskets, professional services, and restaurant certificates.

Admission is $25 and includes a wine or beer glass that you may fill as you wish. All alcohol and food has been donated from local establishments.

Lacey Black will be providing live music throughout the evening. Plan to come early if you’d like time to tour the beautiful train museum.
