AHS Playmakers

The Aztec PlayMakers will be presenting another breath-taking performance, the Broadway musical “Little Shop of Horrors” put together by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken. It will be showing April 6th, 7th, and 8th at 7:00pm at 500 E. Chaco St. in the Multi- Purpose Building, Aztec. Admission is $10 per person.

This musical is about a dimwitted floral assistant in Skidrow, Detroit named Seymour Krelborn, whose fascination with unusual plants gets him into trouble. When he stumbles across a very peculiar plant that neither he nor anybody else can identify, he names the plant after his love, Audrey, and is then dubbed Audrey 2. As this seemingly innocent plant grows, his appetite does as well, along with Seymour’s guilt. Will Seymour be able to fix his mistakes in time? Come and see how this story plays out.

Seymour is portrayed by Charlie Morrison; Audrey is portrayed by Bryn Divine; Riley Merritt is the irritable Mushnik. Many other wonderful people who have worked so hard to make this our best show yet.
