Members of the Aztec High School Student Council were very proud of the Platinum Award they brought home from their State Conference. They came before the School Board on March 7 to show the Platinum, and other awards they won at State. This is the 14th year in a row the AHS Student Council has won the Platinum Award.

The group also earned awards for two of their projects: Every 15 Minutes, and Elderly. The Every 15 Minutes program is presented at local high schools and shows the aftermath of drinking and driving. The Elderly project was about the volunteer time the group spent with the older generation.
