• EARTH SCIENCE DAY - Drop in at the Riverside Nature Center in Animas Park in Farmington on Saturday, February 11th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. with your unidentified rock and mineral finds to have experts identify them. Tour a gas and oil well and learn about petroleum geology. Look at the collections of the Farmington Museum as well as those of some lifelong rockhounds. Learn about volcanoes, fossils, and careers in earth science.

• Goosebump Race - Join San Juan Regional Heart Center in a celebration of National Heart Month and take part in the Goosebump Race and A Fair of the Heart Health Fair on Saturday, February 11th, 9:00am to 1:00pm. Take part in the 5K or one mile Goosebump Race and then stop by the A Fair of the Heart Health Fair for family friendly activities, health screenings/tests and CPR training.
