The Aztec Wells Fargo team has nominated and awarded the Guardians of the Children for a Community Connection grant. Wells Fargo and our Aztec team are proud to support your organization's efforts in the community.

The mission of the Guardians of the Children (GOC) is to recognize and react to child abuse and educate the public to do the same; to serve as advocates to provide strength and stability to families in crisis; and be an answer to the prayer of an abused child or teen for courage, support and protection.

There are currently four chapters in the state of New Mexico. Guardians of the Children Three Rivers Chapter is based in Aztec. On Thursday January 19th, GOC Three Rivers Chapter received a Community Connection Grant of $1,000 from Wells Fargo. Chapter President "Catfish" and other members were present to receive the grant.
